Official email addresses
We only write from @nexiagent.com and @nexichat.ai addresses.
Payments
Payments start on our website and are made on the secure payment page of Stripe (checkout.stripe.com) or PayPal, opened from nexiagent.com. We never ask for card details, passwords or codes by email, text message or phone.
How to report something fake
If you see a website, email or message that uses our name and looks fake, write to [email protected] with the subject "Security". For NexiChat: [email protected].
Found a vulnerability? Use the same address; we appreciate responsible disclosure. The contact details are also in /.well-known/security.txt.
