## How it works

1. **Tell us what the business does** — Send us the FAQs, the price list and the house rules. Or upload it all in the panel.
2. **We install it on your site** — One line of code on your pages. We handle it during installation, or you copy and paste it from the panel.
3. **It starts answering** — The chat answers only with what it knows. What it does not know goes to a person. Everything stays in your panel.

## How it starts

There is always an activation fee, paid once: one of us checks the account, the number or the widget before the first call or chat. Installation is optional.

- **Activation fee** — €79 + VAT, once. Paid once, on any plan and either option.
- **We install it** — €249 + VAT, once. We configure everything for you: instructions and tone, knowledge base, opening hours, transfers and the widget on your site. Ready without touching anything.
- **I install it** — free. Configure the assistant in the panel with the step-by-step guide. No installation cost.

When you subscribe you pay €328 + VAT today. The plan is charged after the 14-day trial.

On an annual plan, pay for 10 months and use 12.

All prices exclude VAT (23%).
