# Security and official domains

This page explains how to check that you are dealing with NexiAgent or NexiChat, and what to do if you receive a website, email or message that looks fake.

## Official domains

- **my.nexiagent.com** — customer area
- **docs.nexiagent.com** — documentation
- **status.nexiagent.com** — service status
- **nexichat.ai** — the NexiChat website
- **docs.nexichat.ai** — NexiChat documentation
- **developer.nexichat.ai** — NexiChat for developers

The nexiagent.ai domain redirects to nexiagent.com.

## Official email addresses

We only write from **@nexiagent.com** and **@nexichat.ai** addresses.

## Payments

Payments start on our website and are made on the secure payment page of **Stripe** (checkout.stripe.com) or **PayPal**, opened from nexiagent.com. **We never ask** for card details, passwords or codes by email, text message or phone.

## How to report something fake

If you see a website, email or message that uses our name and looks fake, write to [geral@nexiagent.com](mailto:geral@nexiagent.com?subject=Security) with the subject "Security". For NexiChat: [suporte@nexichat.ai](mailto:suporte@nexichat.ai).

We have no relationship with Nexi Group / Nexi S.p.A. If the problem is with a Nexi card or payment, contact Nexi or your bank.
