## What NexiAgent does

## Our email addresses

We only use addresses ending in **@nexiagent.com** or **@nexichat.ai**. An email using our name from any other domain is not from us.

## What we never ask for

- We never ask for card details, passwords or codes by email, SMS or phone.
- NexiAgent payments always start on nexiagent.com and are made on the Stripe (or PayPal) payment page opened from there.
- Our assistants also never ask for or accept passwords, full card numbers or identity document numbers.
